Submission rules

  • English player-facing text only, including menus, tutorials, instructions and errors.
  • No real-money gambling, cash stakes or misleading reward/cash claims.
  • Hold distribution rights for all code, art, audio, brands and dependencies.
  • No malware, credential collection, deceptive navigation, harmful illegal content or undisclosed tracking.
  • Disclose fictional violence, player chat, ads and purchases, with useful notes. Staff may request changes or reject unsafe content.

Age guidance

Answer every content descriptor with presence and intensity. The server derives Everyone / 7+ / 12+ / 16+ / 18+ guidance from your answers. The game page labels it “Self-declared content guidance (not an official rating)”. Chat in a game needs its own appropriate safety controls. ZUQ social accounts currently use an adult eligibility boundary; an age label on your game does not override it.

Country rules and licences

Complete the rights declaration for code, art, music, fonts, trademarks and characters for every build. List third-party assets with licence names and source links. IP-based games require a private PDF, PNG or JPEG licence document (up to 5 MB). Documents can be viewed only by the super admin. Choose worldwide, included countries or excluded countries. Worldwide targeting requires all applicable mandatory licences, including the default South Korean GRAC rating requirement; exclude markets you cannot license. The dashboard shows availability and reasons for every country. Pending review and missing, rejected or expired licences hide games. Publication does not clear country restrictions. Seeded rules are a starting point, not legal advice, and must be reviewed by a lawyer.

Global developer accounts

Individuals and companies in supported countries can onboard with a verified sign-in email and age 18+ confirmation. Companies can invite owners, editors and viewers by handle or email. Onboarding keeps verified email, adult confirmation, account type, studio/display name, handle, country, time zone, optional HTTPS website, terms acceptance and a company contact name. Payout, tax and identity details are collected only when payouts launch. The inbox tracks all submission changes and team invitations. Only the super admin decides publication, even for verified developers.

Developer data and future payouts

Account offers developer data export and deletion. Our notice covers applicable India DPDP, EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy rights; read Privacy. Developer accounts in configured sanctioned jurisdictions are blocked. Country geolocation is approximate; platform sanctions settings remain subject to legal review. Payouts are not available yet; future methods may include bank transfer/SWIFT, PayPal and UPI for India. Payout, tax and identity details are collected only when payouts launch. Onboarding collects only verified email, adult confirmation, account type, display/studio name, handle, country, time zone, optional HTTPS website, accepted terms and a company contact name. Support accepts any country and uses elapsed UTC hours without a guaranteed response window.

Submission permission

When submitting you confirm your rights, English text, no real-money gambling and permission for ZUQ to review and, after approval, host or embed the game and artwork. The account page records explicit acceptance of the versioned submission permission. You remain responsible for rights, privacy and disclosures. Formal developer commercial terms and payouts are not available yet. Read the site terms and privacy policy.
