The service

ZUQ Play (zuqplay.com) offers free browser games. You can play without an account. Accounts are optional and only keep your progress in sync across devices.

Your account

• Use your own Google account or an email address you control.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile on the home page.

Friends, chat and groups

Friends, chat and groups are only for players aged 18 or over. By using them you confirm that the birthday you gave us is true. When you use them:

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Don't share or ask for phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses or other personal details, and don't post links to other sites.
• Don't spam, scam, impersonate other people or ZUQ Play staff, or try to get around blocks or the message filter.
• Don't use chat to arrange anything involving money, gambling or real-world meetings with strangers.

We may hide messages, remove players from groups, or suspend access to these features or to your account if you break these rules. Messages reported by several players are hidden until reviewed. You can report a message or player and block anyone at any time.

Fair play

Do not try to cheat, tamper with saves or scores, overload or break the site, or access other players' data. We may reset progress or close accounts that do.

ZQ Coins

ZQ Coins are reward points with no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn. There are no real-money games on ZUQ Play.

Availability

Games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and your progress safe, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free, and games may change or be removed.

Content

The games, artwork, names and logos on ZUQ Play belong to ZUQ Play or their creators. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Complaints and Grievance Officer

To complain about content or another player, use the report button, or contact our Grievance Officer: Vikas Kumar, ZUQ Play, India, zuqplay@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
